Anyways, Evan Amos wasn’t happy with the lackluster image quality of gaming console Wikipedia, so he started taking and sharing pictures of his own consoles. This venture of passion would lead to Amos to create The Game Console: A Photographic History from Atari To Xbox. Amos’ book, now available for purchase from physical and digital bookstores, is a wonderful hardbound tome consisting of 250 pages of video game systems from the first generation (the Magnavox Odyssey, Pong consoles, etc.) all the was through to the current, eighth generation of game consoles.
