Man, the Joad family could have REALLY used this. Anyway, time for a techy history lesson!  The Dust Bowl aggressively wrecked havoc on farms, crops, and practically EVERYTHING in the Great Plains region of the United States in the 1930s.  But across the Atlantic Ocean over i France, a meteorologist came up with an idea that would have appealed to the farmers and ranchers of the Dust Bowl; a series of huge weather-manipulating towers that would overshadow the Empire State Building. South Korea’s Dancing Dragon Towers to have a Breathable, Scale-Like Facade

Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, an architecture firm that is very familiar with designing skyscraper projects, just revealed their plans for a pair of towers that will be added to Seoul, South Korea’s skyline.  The interesting thing is that both towers would share scaly, dragon-like facades.
