Before you step back into the world of Gravity Rush, check out this two-part, 17-minute Gravity Rush the Animation ~Overture~, which takes place between 2012’s Gravity Rush (which was AWESOME on the PS Vita and PS4) and the upcoming Gravity Rush 2 for the PS4.  For players familiar with the franchise’s first physics-defying action title, they’ll recognize series characters Kat and Raven, who are present and star in the animation. E3 2013: Top Five Stories, Day 2/3

Aloha, fellow gamers!! This is the time of year that we all look forward to on the yearly gaming calendar (next to the dates of certain game releases we are looking forward to) is the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo, also known as “E3.”  This year, the conference takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California. As with CES 2013 and last year’s AIA Convention, I will be providing my personal five favorite stories made during today’s E3 festivities (and will be doing this for the rest of the convention), so here’s DAY TWO of my E3 2013 TOP FIVE STORIES!! Holy Lynx for Lefties! Resistance: Burning Skies Patch adds Left Handed Controls!

Raise you hands if you remember Atari’s 16-bit handheld video game system, the Lynx. Anyone? Hello? Anyone? Oh, ok, good; seven people! Just kidding, but while the Atari Lynx was unable to compete successfully with Nintendo’s Game Boy or even Sega’s Game Gear, it’s most notable feature (undoubtedly) is its ambidextrous layout, allowing switchable right-handed/left-handed control configuration, which has pretty awesome. I haven’t heard much of a big deal about game controls/controllers for my left-handed gamers (though I’m sure many, many exist in any options menu of any first-person shooter) on the other end of the spectrum, but a new patch for the PS Vita game Resistance: Burning Skies will allow an option to utilized left-handed controls.   Continue reading “Holy Lynx for Lefties! And another E3 is in the books, ladies and gentlemen! This is the time of year that we all look forward to on the yearly gaming calendar (next to the dates of certain game releases we are looking forward to) is the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo, also known as “E3.” This year, the conference takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California. Now that the fourth and FINAL day of E3 2012 is complete, I wish to provide a few briefs about my five favorite stories made today at the show.
