Soon after Twitter unvieled the newest rendition of their official trademark logo, it didn’t take too long for some people to reinterpret the new logo into an artistic work. Take illustrator Ape Lad, who used the outlines of the new Twitter logo to produce images of Link from the Zelda games, Wolverine, Phillip J. Fry from Futurama, Linus Van Pelt from Peanuts, Yoda, Bugs Bunny, Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, etc. Here’s a link to the rest of his Twitter logo-inspired graphics on his Flickr account. It appears that this past weekend, a Quality Assurance tester at Traveler’s Tales (TT) Games (LEGO Harry Potter, LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Batman, et al.) had tweeted an image of a Wii U tablet controller that appears to have undergone a slight redesign since last seen at last year’s E3 event. As of now, the tweet in question had been removed, but thanks to the “magic” of the screen shot, the image shall live for-evv-vuur.
