#FAIL! LAPD Raid Game Studio, Face Off with ‘Call of Duty:MW2’ Statue

WHOOPS! Also, #FAIL.

Now, I know gamers like displaying our gaming-related memorabilia in our game rooms (gamers like myself and my buddy @PCWzrd13 — who you should follow and who sent this story my way). Now, a statuette and a life-sized statue are two similar yet different types of collectables (yet prices and size are the main differing factors), but if you have the latter, it’s not the best idea to place the life-size statue of a gunman from the ‘Call of Duty‘ series in the front window of your office. Halloween Withdrawl? Check this Mega Ran & Richie Branson “The Ghouls ‘N Ghosts” EP

Are you still hankering for some residuals of some Halloween goodness, love video games and music based on said past-time of gaming?  Well then good sir/ma’am, Phoenix-based rapper Random (a.k.a. Mega Ran) and Richie Branson released the Halloween-themed The Ghouls ‘n Ghosts EP. Essentially  it’s a collection of song collaborations from various other albums,in addition of a couple of new tracks, including the titular “Ghouls ‘n Ghosts” that, of course, is inspired by the infuriatingly difficult classic game from the so-called “Mega Man Haters” (as declared by numerous angry gamers online), Capcom.  Continue reading “Halloween Withdrawl? The 1st PS2 Game I Finished – "Maximo: Ghosts to Glory"

Maximo: Ghosts to Glory holds a special place in my heart as far as video games are concerned.  When I got my first PlayStation 2 on Christmas of 2002, this game (along with Onimusha 2 and WWF Smackdown: Just Bring It) were my first PS2 games, and of those three games, Maximo was the first PS2 I ever completed, start to finish.  In later years, I noticed that this was one of those games that not a lot of people played; it was just kinda ignored and this game is a very underrated classic in the PlayStation 2’s library. That, and BOOOOOYYY was that game difficult!!  If I recall, it took me around 2 weeks of my Christmas Break of near-non-stop playing to finish that beast of a video game!
