The new teaser trailer for the upcoming eighth mainline Star Wars film, “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” was just released today during the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando. The trailer seems to hint at, among some other things, Rey’s Jedi training action, Finn recovering from his injuries from the prior film, some more space battles, more of Kylo Ren being emo, and a darker side of Luke Skywalker.
“Star Wars, Episode VIII: The Last Jedi” opens in theaters on December 15th, 2017.
So I guess the cat’s out of the bag; Star Wars, Episode VII: The Force Awakens is the freaking AWESOME-SAUCE! I know I could have said “cat’s pajamas” after I already made a cat reference, but, oh well… Anyway, the latest animation from Dorkly is essentially a post-mordem conference that gives the architect responsible for the Death Star’s design a chance to defend himself and prove that his “shoddy design” was not to blame for its destruction. I think the gang at Family Guy would beg to differ, but that’s just me. Instead, he focuses on condemning the Jedi, or as he refers to as “space wizards,” even though he neglected possible use of the force during the design planning process.
