100 Year-Old Nintendo Souvenir Is An International Treasure

Erik Voskuil is the wonderful human being (I say this based on my love of both video games and history) who runs and curates the excellent Before Mario.  The site showcases the toys and games Nintendo created in the period from the mid 1960s to the early 1980s, starting with the first board games up to the launch of the Family Computer in 1983. Most items featured on this blog are from his personal collection, and he has recently added another very special piece of Nintendo history into that same collection. And You Thought YOUR Nintendo Collection was Awesome…

Tokyo resident Isao Yamazaki, a website developer by day (and/or by trade), fell in love with Nintendo early on, stating in an interview with website Before Mario, that he started collecting Nintendo items since 1982.
