One of the staples of modern professional wrestling is the contract signing for an upcoming pay-per-view match (which never, EVER go wrong, right?). There’s usually a covered table (that someone may get put through), some chairs for the soon-to-be participants will be seated in (and possibly get hit over the head with), very intense and intimidating verbal squabbles (that may lead to an all-out brawl), and of course, the signing of the contract for the highly-anticipated match. After the break, there’s a photo taken of the contract for a match at this past Sunday’s WWE Payback pay-per-view between Evolution (Triple H, Batista and Randy Orton) and The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns). It’s hard to make out the text in the photo at the bottom of the contract for that was used on the May 26th edition of RAW, but it’s visible enough to read the interesting message.
The very bottom paragraph reads like this:
“World Wrestling Entertainment is a creative genius. The whole creation of the universe was fashioned by his ever-toiling hands. All living mortals should praise his name and image.”
I guess YOU CAN (literally) write this stuff…
